Mixed Herbal salts are a blend of Himalayan Pink Salt and dried herbs grown in the Organic Ramgarh belt of Uttarakhand. Herbal salts are typically used as a finishing salt (meaning that they are usually sprinkled on cooked foods) versus using them during the cooking process itself.
