CANCELLATION
Order once placed can only be canceled within 5 hours from placing the order. If your order is not shipped, you can cancel it by writing to our customer support team at info@himbazar.in. In case the order has been shipped we would not be able to accept any cancellations.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All products listed on HIMBAZAR are non-returnable. And a refund is also not possible.

EXCHANGE POLICY


We only exchange products if they are defective, damaged, or lost in transit. However, if you believe that the order you have received is wrong, in a damaged condition, please send an email to us within 24 hours of delivery at info@himbazar.in with a picture attached or you can WhatsApp us at +917018153143. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email/call/message, whether you are entitled to a replacement. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your cart, login, and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary in your email. The order summary will also be stored in your account.
